  • when summer holiday gets boring these podcasts deliver an incredible array of happiness hormones into my brain – or endorphines? Either way, my reaction is just: yaaaaayyyyy!!!!

  • Kiefer, Rocky, body io team, well done! Unbelievably good guest!

Am up to eye balls in recipe books but considering picking up both versions of Transforming Recipes, will this help to support the show?

  • Great show guys, as always.
I think what I liked best about this was that it was a little off the beaten path. Something different. Don’t get me wrong. As a nutritionist, I’m happy to learn as much as I can about the more common things I encounter in clients, but to be honest with you, if I hear one more thing anytime soon about thyroid, adrenals, or leaky gut, I’m gonna lose it. 😉 So hearing Dr. Walsh talk about other topics — and such unconventional potential solutions — was really refreshing.

I have to give Julia Ross some credit, too. Her book, The Mood Cure, was the first place I ever saw anyone mention pyroluria (pyrrole disorder) and using B-vitamins and amino acids as therapy. (Not to mention vitamin & mineral deficiencies for a huge array of psychological issues…depression, ADD, anxiety, alcoholism, etc.) Nora Gedgaudas also covers pyroluria nicely: https://www.primalbody-primalmind.com/do-you-have-pyroluria/
