Jim and Dean discuss how to assess clients and determine what types of exercises will work best for their mobility and range of motion. They also explain why there needs to be options for different exercises for group training at the gym.

Jim Laird has been working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach helping clients achieve their goals since 1997. He has 4 years of Division One coaching experience and over a decade of working with clients in the private sector.
