Listen on iTunes.     Listen on Stitcher.

  Notes:

What would Jim do differently in his powerlifting endeavors?

In today’s short podcast, Jim takes this emailed question and instead looks back at his entire athletic career and sees how he would have done things differently.

He also shares what he’s learned from the mistakes he did make in his career and how he helps others to avoid these pitfalls.

Again, Jim shares the importance of rest and self-care to avoid injury and over-stressing your body.
