  • I loved this podcast, especially the bombshell that there is little to no evidence supporting the commonly held notion that diet is THE significant factor in heart disease. My work looks at the role of emotion in chronic health conditions from anxiety, depression, through the the ‘Bodily Distress’ Disorders’ of chronic fatigue and pain, stomach and bowel disruption and other medically unexplained symptoms. There seems to be increased interest and evidence of the role that emotion plays in heart disease. Overall, I think we all need to pay more attention to the vital role emotion plays in our health and performance.

  • This interview is GOLD. I’m currently on the pre-med path. If I get into medical school, I can only wish for a professor like Dr Feinman.
