We invite Laura Schoenfeld on Body IO FM to discuss various diet strategies that help her clients to regain their physical and mental health. Additionally, we speak about the differences between men and women have when it comes to their diet and their fear of carbs.
Laura Schoenfeld is a Registered Dietitian and has earned her Masters in Public Health Nutrition (MPH) from The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2013. Laura believes that a person’s health can be drastically improved by changing their diet, but also that the conventional “so-called healthy” diets that many people follow are generally inadequate for long term wellness.
