I have been using Carb Nite and Carb Backloading for several years to help clients with performance, hypertrophy and fat loss.
I stay current on the research on a daily basis. I am always looking for new ways to improve my recommendations. I rely on client feedback and the literature to build the best program for each individual.
The biggest take away I want to impart on clients are tools that can be used in the long term. I want to end yo-yo dieting and have clients build a healthy relationship with food on behavioral, performance and physiological levels.
My favorite Ultra Low Carb meal is Blackened Salmon over Caesar Salad
My Favorite Carb Nite/CBL Dinner and dessert is Sushi and Sugar Cookies.
My current training goals include Body Building while simultaneously improving mental acuity and optimizing biomarkers.
