My Name is Chelssie Urankar. I’m a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and a Mother of two beautiful daughters.
I started using Carb Nite in 2013, shortly after my youngest daughter was born. I achieved impressive results in a short period of time. Carb Nite was the first protocol that I had experimented with that delivered results for both performance and aesthetics. I have been recommending Carb Nite to my friends and clients ever since.
As a CrossFit gym owner and Coach I get the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients. My expertise ranges from implementing a mixture of CNS and CBL with female athletes and beginners. I also have experience with CBL for high volume athletes who compete at the highest level in the sport of CrossFit.
I am able to relate to my clients because I practice what I preach. I am constantly learning and enjoy sharing that information with people.
I hope to teach my clients a better quality of life through exercise and nutrition. I enjoy helping clients create a balanced lifestyle and emphasize the importance of enjoying their journey.
My favorite Ultra Low Carb meal is one that I frequently eat for breakfast, smoked salmon, avocado and steamed spinach.
My favorite Carb Nite meal is a toss up between Thai or Japanese food. Whichever one, you can be sure that it’s paired with a glass of red wine and finished with some sort of chocolaty peanut butter desert or Apple Pie.
My current training involves both weightlifting and gymnastic skill work through CrossFit. My goals are to become stronger while continuing to lean out.
