Tony Sangimino

My Name is Tony Sangimino. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
My sports interests are primarily Judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing and MMA.

I started using Carb Nite and Carb Backloading in 2008. When I began to use these protocols not only did I feel better overall, my training improved and controlling my body composition became much easier. I was confident in that I could help others experience the same benefits so I started coaching several people on the National Judo Team.

My area of expertise is performance and combat sports.

I like educating people and getting them to where they want to be. I am passionate about being a coach and I enjoy the coaching process.

Nutrition can seem daunting to many people. I strive to teach my clients that nutrition does not need to be complicated and that it can actually be quite simple.

My favorite Ultra Low Carb meal is bacon, avocado, and eggs.

My favorite Carb Nite or Carb Backloading meal is cereal and milk.

My current athletic goals are to compete in Judo in the 2016 and 2020 Olympics,
2016 World Championships, and the 2016 Pan American Championships.
