They examine the differences between men and women when it comes to their training methods and nutritional needs for general training and competition.

Since many wonder how to incorporate alcohol with both Carb Backloading™ and Carb Nite® when it comes to social events, Dain explains how he fits it into these protocols. All three express how, at times, they need to be “fake drinkers” when it comes to having to attend various social events.
