In this episode of HER Body, we talk about everything from the social aspects of dieting, timing your Carb Nite® with social events, alcohol, to experimenting with what you can get away with eating on Carb Nite®.

It’s important to have a support system (like a spouse or best friend) but is equally important to understand that you don’t need to tell everyone about your diet or feel compelled to justify your choices. In some situations it’s best to just keep quiet.

Perhaps you are making your diet stressful, more stressful then it needs to be, not only for yourself but for the people you love. Be aware and know when to back off.
