HER Body™ #75 | Competition Prep, Priorities, and Obstacles

In today’s episode of HER Body™, Alex is back and ready to share how she prepared for her WBFF Bikini Pro show.

She explains the importance of having defined priorities, support systems in place, and tools to manage derailing moments for competition prep. Alex also describes in detail how her nutrition and mindset changed during her prep.

Lastly, Alex shares some family difficulties she experienced the week before her show and how she is dealing with them today.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and WBFF Bikini Pro. My athletic interests include Gymnastics and weight lifting. I hope to teach clients how to pay attention to what their bodies need, when they need it and how to manipulate the foods they eat in order to reach any goal.
