We invite Laura Schoenfeld on Body IO FM to discuss various diet strategies that help her clients to regain their physical and mental health. Additionally, we speak about the differences between men and women have when it comes to their diet and their fear of carbs.
Laura Schoenfeld is a Registered Dietitian and has earned her Masters in Public Health Nutrition (MPH) from The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2013. Laura believes that a person’s health can be drastically improved by changing their diet, but also that the conventional “so-called healthy” diets that many people follow are generally inadequate for long term wellness.

Hi there, I found your blog via Google while looking for a related topic, your site came up, it looks great. I have bookmarked it in my google bookmarks.
I have listened to your podcasts pretty well since the beginning.
This is frustrating me, I am already subscribed. Please, Please, PLEASE don’t make me RE subscribe every time there is a new podcast.
And now I have to use Itunes, YECHH!! I do not want to put itunes on my desktop. I loved soundcloud with its perfect controls etc, and now it won’t work. Please fix this if possible. I love your work, have bought both carb nite and backloading, and intended to buy the new ones when available, but may not happen now. I will check back in a week or so.

Well that was quick, and I am not sure what you did, or I did, but works perfectly today. Truth be told, it was probably a mistake on my part.
