I have noticed that Carb Nite isnt as effective as before but I seem to be responding better to Carb Backloading with calorie monitoring. 30s vs 40s now so I am wondering what your thoughts are in the perceived loss of effectiveness of Carb Nite in my 40s?

Any thoughts on transgender athletes in professional sports?
