Christmas Abbott is a business owner, CrossFit competitor, Olympic Lifter, Head Trainer and most recently a NASCAR pit crew front tire changer. She is also launching a Christmas Abbott Workshop in 2014 to help all CrossFitters dial in their nutrition and analyze workouts to get the most out of training.
