Scott Paltos is the Owner and Operator of PUMP CrossFit and Performance. For the past 12 years he has dedicated himself to the strength and performance field. After a short stint in the NFL after college he decided there was no better way to feel close to athletics then to assist people in their pursuit of the utmost fitness potential.
