I found this very motivating especially the part about the people going to the gym, and all that changes is their hair. I didn’t really have an end goal in mind to my fitness. I couldn’t commit to something that didn’t exist. I have been going to the gym and not changing. I have pictured what I want now. This was very inspiring and look forward to the upcoming release of deep water.
