  Notes:

On today’s episode of the Gym Laird Show, Jim sits down and speaks to powerlifter, Olympic lifter, and strongman Justin Ford about what it means to chase performance.

They discuss what mistakes they made and lessons they learned over the years from different training modalities that have made them better coaches today.

They also talk over why it is important to find a coach that will put in the time to help you train and improve and doesn’t prescribe a cookie cutter template for all their clients.

Justin Ford is a national level powerlifter with a World Drug Free Powerlifting Championship Title. He is an 11 year veteran in Olympic Lifting who has competed nationally and internationally.
