In today’s episode of HER Body™, Alex and co-founder of KRUSE ELITE, Alisha Hale, chat about how the way you breathe can have an impact on your health and performance in the gym.

They discuss Alisha’s personal health and fitness journey, the struggles she faced and how breath work helped her heal many of those problems and limitations.

Alisha also shared how she got into this type of work, who breathwork is appropriate for and offers some techniques that everyone can try out on their own.

Alisha is a Personal Trainer and a Board Certified & Licensed Acupuncturist and is particularly passionate about combining Acupuncture, applied neurology, and movement coaching to help young women through their metabolic issues, thyroid problems, pre and post natal journey, fertility challenges, menstrual irregularities, pain, and respiratory issues.

In 2013, she co-founded KRUSE ELITE with partner, Taylor Kruse. Both are dedicated to coaching people, coaches, and athletes into their best health and performance.
