How important is the material used for cooking, making coffee, etc.? I mean in regard to nonstick or aluminium steel pans, plastic cooking utensils (also plastic in coffee machines), etc. Is the uproar in regard to potential toxins warranted?

How much do you believe quality of animal (and plant for that matter) products that we consume really matters? Organic? Grass fed/finished. I believe macros are similar but should we be concerned with pesticides, antibiotics, micronutrient differences from one to the other?
