Along with Lisa Kirby, she co-founded The Green Door Life in 2019, which focuses not only nutrition and exercise science education but also embodiment training and natural intuition techniques for harnessing the power of each individual’s full potential. Their mission is to help people reach their initial health goals in 90 days or less with sustainable knowledge and tools to navigate nutrition and exercise for the rest of their lives.
