Love listening to this podcast. A lot hit home with the college diet. I was a Div. I wrestler and I messed up SO much with the diet. 4 am alarm for a shake, 7 am breakfast…. As a Pro MMA Fighter I love the CBL, Keto cycles, etc. I destroyed a Large pizza last night actually. I truly appreciate all of your work.
Buck-Nasty??? Nice to see these diets surfacing more in the MMA world. I’ve had great success with these protocols, and I make 135 easily.
I am so thankful for everything you do Kiefer. Learning how to train for strength and a little bit of hypertrophy properly has become so useful. I’m speaking of shockwave modified a bit for feasibility working out alone.
I can’t get through to people’s heads how dumb it is to spend 2 hours at the gym. Like you just said, they think their results are because of their efforts, not in spite of them. Even though they probably just have enough T to put on muscle with any stimuli. Whateva. Guess I’ll get the body of a Greek God soon and send them your way once I’m done.
Love,
Justin
Great info once again. I work for the railroad and have a crazy schedule. Basically I am in a permanent state of jet lag. It makes for an ideal state to gain weight. I am a powerlifter switching over to bodybuilding. CarbNite is pure genius. I am having incredible results and am getting a ton of co-workers to follow CarbNite. Thanks again Kiefer for all that you do.

They really peaked my interest with their brief talk about muscle maintenance in this episode. I think Kiefer should do an entire podcast/article/something on this subject, ’cause the info floating around is pretty crappy. I’d love to know how to go to the gym once a month and not lose muscle haha
