HER Body™ #72 | Chanee Momoko - Finding the Right Competition Coach

In today’s episode of HER Body™, Alex is joined by competition coach, Chanee Momoko.

They discuss their personal experiences working with “well-known” competition prep coaches and how that shaped their personal approaches to coaching clients (competitors or not). They also talked about the importance of finding the right coach for you, how that relationship should be grown and developed and the expectations on both sides of the relationship. Alex and Chanee also speak about what that process could/should look like and their goals for clients getting on and off the stage.

Chanee is a Pre-& Post Competition Prep Expert, WBFF Bikini Pro and Life Coach. After spending many years competing professionally herself, she noticed a big gap in the fitness industry- who was helping all these women post competition?? Taking her years of experience with fitness and life coaching, she educates and empowers women with the knowledge, skills and tools to eat normally, love themselves and live a purposeful life.
