In this HER Body™ episode, AJ and Alex speak to fellow Body IO® coach, Tony Sangimino, about what is involved with cutting weight for competitions. They delve into how and what the differences are between men and women when it comes to cutting weight.

They also discuss how women’s hormonal cycles can have an impact and makes things difficult when trying to cut water weight. All three coaches explain why trying to lose weight quickly and for the wrong reasons is not the best idea for your body or your health.
