  • 98% of my body structure is from Bret (strong curves) and Keifer (carb nite and carb backloading). This is a dream podcast!

  • Love the show great insight and looking forward to the new carb nite. Always look forward to the new shows. Could we have a show on shockwave.
    Many thanks
    Steve

  • Guys, this “interview” is a fantastic reason to, here on out, starting with a written-down list of topics and sticking to it barring compelling reason to do otherwise. Especially when you have guests wont to go on chatty — and ultimately uninformative — tangents as does Contreras. Really, this interview was such a haphazard fireside chat that I’m hard pressed to remember just wtf you talked about :-/

  • @i9ax: agreed, but I didn’t find it as bad. Bret will make the perfect old person; he already has the rambling tangents down. The good part is that he is funny and all his tangents have great insight.

I had to work a little harder to extract the salient points, however I still enjoyed the conversation.

  • Best podcast I’ve heard in a long time. “i9ax” must have ADD because I learned a lot from the “ultimately uninformative ” tangents.

  • Which / who’s work should I read if I wanted to learn more the functioning of the body on the mytochondrial level upwards?

  • I love Keifer and Bret! The internet can be a real piss off, but honestly without the internet and podcasts we would never find these guys!! Thanks so much for all you do. I survived advanced stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma 18 years ago. I’ve been in remission 18 years because I made my health priority one. I don’t get my health info from mass media. I get it from smart guys like Keifer and Bret. My son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 12 and now, at 19, he takes hardly any insulin and has remarkable body composition. Again, I dismissed the ridiculous protocol taught by the various diabetes associations and taught him THE TRUTH about health. Amazing podcast and website Keifer. I’m soooooo grateful!!
